Data use boundary
The financial details, historical data, report templates, subject scopes and reviewer emails uploaded by users may contain business secrets, transaction details, supplier information, employee or customer-related financial data. The system is only used for enumeration, analysis, charts, reports and predictions in the current workspace and should not be used to train externally shared models; all exports and sharing must be confirmed by the user. Current 10 role review supplements: New financial data categories: bank account number, tax ID, salary, employee/customer/supplier identification, invoice number, contract number, transaction notes, email, phone, address, account ID, etc. should all be identified as sensitive or highly sensitive fields. ;AI output can only reference data for the current workspace, current project_id, and current data_version; it may not be retrieved, aggregated, or referenced across workspaces. ;Original uploaded files, derived records, approval logs, audit logs, export records and failed runs should have retention, deletion and immutable audit rules defined respectively. ;Permissions and approval status must be verified before exporting; the exported copy will not be affected by deletion on the site and the user must be prompted before downloading. ;Data sent to the model should be minimized; logs, audit summaries, and error details must not reveal unnecessarily sensitive financial details.
Data retention
Workspace data, action records, citations, report versions and approval logs are retained for 180 days by default; administrators can delete them in advance. After deletion, this site will no longer be displayed or used for new analysis, but exported files and user downloaded copies will not be affected by the deletion of this site.
